• No cancellation of order will be accepted. The company reserves the right to forfeit such payment so paid towards the confirmation.
• The Company does not offer return and exchange option at the moment.
• There shall be no change in the item nor price after the confirmation has been made.
• The Company reservers the rights to change the delivery date and time
• Delivery date and time is on approximate basis only and delays shall not be a reason for the cancellation of any order. No claim or other compensation shall hence be entertained.
• Any complaints with regards to the quantity or quality of the goods received shall be made known to The Company within 2 days from the date of receipt/delivery of the goods.
• Goods sold are not returnable.
• Failure to accept goods after one month grace period from date of confirmed delivery shall be deemed as cancelled order and The Company reserves the rights to dispose off any such goods as it deems fit.
• The Company accepts no liability for any consequential loss or damage whatever, however caused.
• Under some circumstances, we may cancel the order without notice or compensation. Such circumstances would include the inability to obtain materials, labour and supplies, strikes, lock outs and other forms of industrial actions or disputes, fires, flood, drought, weather conditions, war, civil disturbance, act of god, any other cause beyond our control, making it impossible for us to fulfill the order. In such circumstances, the deposit paid will be refunded without interest.
