For furniture, we do offer FREE delivery and installation services for Kuala Lumpur, Perak and Penang. For areas out of Kuala Lumpur, Perak and Penang (West Malaysia), RM200/trip of delivery charges is incurred.

Delivery and installation services provided by Ergoland is only available in West Malaysia. Any orders from East Malaysia will be delivered by post or courier, please contact our enquiry team for more details. (Self installation is required)

Shipping rates for backpack and accessories are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination and selected shipping option. We offer 2 shipping options: Standard and Express Shipping.

All accessories do not include installation services. There are typically products which may be assembled with minimal technical knowledge.
